Well since I wrote last I have done a FEW work outs not half as many as I would have liked!
Max and I did push ups in the kitchen, we have been walking, and I ran with Max's family through the neighborhood then woods...
Havent lost any weight, but its really not a good time to weigh in. I am thinking about going with measurements instead of weight.
Proud to say I have been cupcake free :)

Warrior Dash Training
Today is the first day of my warrior dash training. I have decided to participate in Warrior Dash, a daring race across the wilderness with many obstacles. If you would like to see my trail that I will be running check it out here..

I am not ready for the warrior dash yet, still have some post baby weight to lose from having Joee, my sweet angel!
I have decided to use this blog to chart my progress as I get fit, flexible, and fast, so that I don't embarrass myself and fall on my ... :)
Here we go, Tonight I will run a mile on my tread mill and stretch before and after, I plan on starting out slow so I dont get worn out!
I am 5' 5" my goal weight is 135(pre Joee weight) I have 18 lbs that I want to lose. Wish me luck and support!
